Here’s what the patient should expect.


1. We’ll Call Within 24 Hours

Once we receive the contact form, we’ll route the request to a TIN Rx representative who will call within 24 hours. If we do not reach the patient on our call attempt, we will leave a voicemail with a direct callback number. Our call center is active from 9am-6pm PST. If you submit your form after these hours, expect the call the next day.

2. We’ll Stay In Touch

The patient will receive a welcome email and texts from TIN Rx. Our goal is to get any questions you have about the program answered and a TIN Rx telehealth consultation booked.

3. Together, We’ll Schedule a Telehealth Doctor Consult

Once TIN Rx connects with the patient via phone call, we’ll ask the patient some preliminary questions and schedule a telehealth consult at the patient’s convenience. During the telehealth consult the doctor will decide if the patient is eligible for a prescription, and if so, write one.
